Mark Middleton

Mark is the owner of Double ‘M’ racing. He was a very competitive racer in the 70s and 80s predominantly on TZ 750 Yamahas and much more recently as a past time. He has assisted a number of racers over the years in their efforts to progress in motorcycle road racing. His business is in the off shore oil rig assemblies where he is very successful. 

Mechanics

Alan Bennie

Alan is a very experienced racer having achieved success on the roads in nineties and naughties. Alan won the Ultra Lightweight Manx GP in 2002 and has continued to race competitively until very recently. As well as being an accomplished racer, Alan is also a very competent motor engineer running a strong business of his own. Alan is the senior technician at Double ‘M’ racing. 

Peter Lavin

Peter has been involved in motorcycle racing for many years and has worked with teams at British level for several years. Peter takes a keen interest in restoring and building motorcycles of his own. Maintaining the Double ‘M’ racing Yamaha over and out-with race weekends is a tough task but Peter is always on the ball.
